APPLICATION PERIODS
TERM : OCTOBER
LENGTH : 1.5 Years Course
PERIOD OF APPLICATION AND SUBMISSION : FROM OCTOBER TO THE 15TH OF DECEMBER
CLASS
Before classes begin, students will take a placement test and an interview to assess language skills. Based on the results, you will be placed in either the General Program or the Intensive Program.
GENERAL PROGRAM
Designed for students who want to improve overall Japanese communication skills. Classes focus on fluency through role-play, conversation practice, and group activities.
INTENSIVE PROGRAM
Designed for students who wish to acquire advanced academic Japanese within a shorter period of time.
TIMETABLE
- Intermediate II – Advanced levels: Morning classes (09:10 – 12:40)
- Beginner – Intermediate I levels: Afternoon classes (13:30 – 17:00)
Please note: Students cannot choose between morning and afternoon classes. Placement depends on your level.
ACTIVITIES
Each term (3 months) includes three half-day activities related to the curriculum.

APPLICATION PROCESS
- Application screening
- Notification of results (via email)
- Payment of processing fee
- Preparation and mailing of documents
- Submission of documents to the Immigration Services Agency of Japan
- Upon issuance of the COE, payment of school tuition and insurance fees
- Acquisition of the student visa via the Japanese embassy/consulate in your country
- Arrival in Japan, entrance ceremony, and orientation
